Flash videos are being used extensively to make sites more exciting and interactive. If you have never used Flash and try to have a go for yourself it can be very confusing. There is no indication of what to do and where to do it so you are best looking for further help.
Books are always the best place to look, for it is easier to read out of a book than on a screen. Make sure the version of the book matches the version of Flash you are using because actionscript can vary.
